Delete Account – Family Central

How to delete your account

Open the app Sign in to Family Central with your account.

Go to Settings Tap the settings icon in the bottom navigation bar of the app.

Scroll to the bottom Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the Settings page.

Tap "Delete Account" Tap the red "Delete Account" button and confirm the action when prompted by the app.

Deletion is processed immediately after confirmation. No need to contact support.

What happens when you delete your account?

This action is permanent and cannot be undone

Your user account and login credentials will be permanently deleted.
All data associated with your family group (events, tasks, lists, messages, photos, etc.) will be permanently erased.
Other members of your family group will also lose access to all shared data.
It is not possible to recover any data once the deletion is complete.
If you have an active premium subscription, remember to cancel it from the store before deleting your account.
